Summary

Use Sage HRMS to update workers' compensation rates and ceiling amounts. Workers' compensation groups and codes assign insurance rates based on employee roles or tasks

Description

Cause

Sage doesn’t maintain or update workers compensation codes including rates and ceilings.

Resolution

Update workers' compensation rates and ceilings

You can set different workers' compensation rates in the Employee Payroll pane or during timecard entry. To update a workers' compensation rate or ceiling:
  1. From the Navigation Pane, select Setup, Codes, Payroll, and Workers' Compensation Codes.
  2. Select the workers' compensation group.
  3. Update the Current Start Date, Previous Start Date, and Ceiling fields.
  4. Enter the Rate and Previous Rate values.
  5. Click Save.
