FAQs as of 9/2023: 

Q: Will QuickBooks and other integrations continue to be supported?
A: Yes! While the Sage construction financial products are the best in the business, we recognize many companies are not ready for that step just yet. Sage will continue to support integration with common financial applications, with no plans to change that commitment.

Q: Will there be additional integrations with accounting products added in the future? If so, which ones?
A: Our current plans are to build integration into Sage 100 Contractor and Sage 300CRE, due for release in 2024.  

Q: What are Sage’s plans for the future of Corecon?
A: Sage views Corecon as a vital part of the Construction Suite.  Our investment in the product will drive a wide range of improvements to existing features, as well as introducing new ones. In the coming weeks, we will be releasing changes to the user interface to improve the overall look and feel of the product and renaming from Corecon to Sage Construction Management. With this release, you will be provided the option to switch between the new and old UI, to allow for an easier transition.  

We will continue to work with our customers to identify key areas of opportunity and improvement. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements from our product team.

Q: Are there any upcoming pricing changes?
A: We recognize that value-for-price was a major factor for customers that chose Corecon versus the competition and will continue that value in good faith. As we increasingly invest and enhance the functionality and value of Sage Construction Management, you can expect to see minor price increases over time as part of your subscription, in line with standard software subscription industry norms. You will receive an email from your Account Manager discussing your renewal pricing.

Q: Are there any changes to subscription options, payment method options, or to the renewal process?
A: Yes, your current renewal process through Corecon will be changing as Sage will be handling your subscription renewals effective November 1st.

• Payment method: Sage accepts electronic payments by either a credit card or an ACH; checks are not accepted. A Sage Account Manager will reach out to you within the next few months to get payment information added to your account.   
• Monthly subscribers: You’ll receive a renewal notification in October that will include your monthly invoice amount. A Sage Account Manager will reach out to confirm your renewal and to confirm the payment information on your account. Beginning with your December monthly renewal, your plan renews automatically on the day of your monthly expiration, using the payment method we have on file; you’ll no longer receive a monthly renewal notification prior to the renewal of your subscription. 
• Quarterly subscribers: A Sage Account Manager will reach out to you in the next few months to discuss your renewal options and pricing as the quarterly subscription option is being discontinued effective November 1, 2023. You’ll have the choice of moving to a monthly or annual subscription.  
• Annual subscribers: A Sage Account Manager will reach out to you within the next few months to confirm the payment information on your account. As your annual renewal date comes closer, you’ll receive a renewal notification 30-60 days prior to your renewal. The notification will include the annual renewal amount. A Sage Account Manager will reach out to confirm your renewal and your payment method. Your plan then renews automatically on the day of your annual renewal date using the payment method we have on file.
