Show restatement of billed charges on bills

Summary

Sage Timeslips controls whether previously billed slips appear on a bill through layout settings. Updating the bill layout lets Sage Timeslips display restated billed time or expense charges.

Resolution

Enable restatement of billed charges on the bill

  1. Select Bills, Bill and Statement Layouts.
  2. Open the layout you want to modify.
  3. Select Section, Configure Layout Sections, or press Shift + Ctrl + L.
  4. Select Billed Time Charges From Slips and or Billed Expense Charges From Slips.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Save the layout.

After saving, Sage Timeslips includes previously billed slips as restated charges on future bills that use this layout.
