Error: "Exception Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toLowerCase')"

This error can display when importing from Excel into Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon). 

Possibly due to corruption in the Excel file (row, cell, entire file)

You can try the following: 

• Delete 50+ blank rows and try importing again
• Make a new sheet with one row and try importing again; continue until the corruption is found
