Colorado State Income Tax (COSIT) - DR0004 filing

Employees subject to Colorado SIT who have filed the DR0004 will need to have the submitted value in the Special 4 Allowances field.

To record the amount the employee has submitted on the CO DR0004 form, follow the instructions below.

1. Open the employee record by clicking Maintain, Employees/Sales Reps. Select the employee record from the Employee ID drop-down.
2. Select the Withholding Info tab.
3. Enter the amount recorded on the CO DR0004 in the Special 4 Allowances field.
4. Click Save from the top toolbar to save the changes to the employee record.
