Resolution
- Close the AccountingLink for QuickBooks Desktop.
- Close your QuickBooks Desktop application.
- As a QuickBooks Desktop administrator, open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Switch to Single-user Mode (File > Switch to Single-user Mode).
- As a Sage CM Administrator or Financial Administrator, open the AcountingLink for QuickBooks Desktop.
- In the Select QuickBooks Company File screen, choose the company from the Select Connections list and then click Connect.
- If you see a QuickBooks - Application Certificate message similar to the following, choose Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file it open.
