Resolution

  1. Close the AccountingLink for QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Close your QuickBooks Desktop application.
  3. As a QuickBooks Desktop administrator, open QuickBooks Desktop. 
  4. Switch to Single-user Mode (File > Switch to Single-user Mode).
  5. As a Sage CM Administrator or Financial Administrator, open the AcountingLink for QuickBooks Desktop.
  6. In the Select QuickBooks Company File screen, choose the company from the Select Connections list and then click Connect.
  7. If you see a QuickBooks - Application Certificate message similar to the following, choose Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file it open.
