1. In Work Ticket Entry on the Steps tab, select a step and change the Status Code to HOLD. Accept.
2. Select the Work Ticket again in Work Ticket Entry and change the status from Open to Released. The message "You cannot release this work ticket. There is a step on hold." appears.
3. When you are ready to release the work ticket, the HOLD status must be changed on the Step.
