Summary
Check number is missing from the employee activity
Resolution
1. This issue has been noticed on some machine using an older SQL Server Native Client 11 driver. Upgrade the ODBC SQL Native Client 11 driver version update to 2011.110.7001.00 or later which ever is available.
2. If the above does not resolve the issue in some case its possible the Sage HRMS Client was not installed with equate files permission.
Run the RegAcc.exe utility register some of the Sage HRMS Payroll .dll, components to windows registry. This may require elevated permissions to run this utility.
Do the following on the affected client machines:
1. Exit all users from the Sage HRMS Client application
2. Go to the following directory : C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage Accpac\runtime
run the RegAcc.exe
3. Complete the Print/Post Check process and verify the check numbers are now display
This utility does not update historical data for the previous checks
