How to clear the old prepayment lines with no payments against it?

Summary

In Sage X3, receive the following error when trying to delete a prepayment line in the Prepayment management screen "Order partially or totally invoiced".

Resolution

  • Unpaid prepayment lines can't be removed in the prepayment management screen.
  • GACCDUDATE table holds the prepayment records.
