Error: "GOAATRIX.EXE - Entry Point Not Found" when generating Aatrix reports

When trying to run an Aatrix report in Sage 300 CRE, I receive the message "GOAAATRIX,EXE - Entry point not found". This can occur in Payroll, Accounts Payable, or Property Management.

When running an Aatrix report, an error message displays and the report doesn't run. One example of a report that causes this issue is the Certified report for California (CA).

The Aatrix update didn't install correctly. Common causes:

• Corrupt or incomplete Aatrix files
• Internet connectivity
• File permission issues

Choose one of the options below to resolve. Performing a download and manual install will typically resolve the error. If one option doesn't resolve, complete the other option.

Download and run the Aatrix update manually

1. Download the update from Aatrix.
2. Click the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate button under Product Updates to download the sto.exe file.
3. Right-click the sto.exe and select Run as administrator.
4. Follow the prompts to install.
5. Click Finish when it completes.
6. Right-click and open Sage Desktop as Administrator. Verify you can generate the forms.
   
   NOTE:

   Sometimes, it's necessary to reboot the machine before the forms work.

Install and update the Aatrix Forms on the workstation getting the error

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Aatrix Software\Aatrix Forms\STO.
2. Right-click Updater2.exe.
3. Select Run as administrator.
4. Step through the update.
5. Exit from the application.
6. Reopen the application to run the Task.

   Sometimes, it's necessary to reboot the machine before the forms work.
