Resolution

You can only add reports and inquiries in applications other than Address Book.

Address Book is a free application for every Sage 300 CRE customer. Sage Product Management made the business decision that users can't change the default Address Book Inquiry and Report menus.

The Information Assistant (IA) application allows users to access reports and inquiries without taking application licenses. Contact Sage Support to request pricing information for purchasing Information Assistant.
