Email is requiring authentication

Summary

Email is requiring authentication on every email when using Microsoft 365 with OAuth Authentication Method in Company Maintenance E-mail settings

Cause

Scope missing SendOffline_access can cause this issue

Resolution

  1. Open Library Master, Main, Company Maintenance
  2. Select the E-mail tab and enter the following in the Scope: 
    • https://outlook.office.com/SMTP.Send offline_access
