Click the company name hyperlink in the Name column.
Select the Environment tab.
Click the three-dot ellipsis at the far right end of the line for the username being reset.
Select Reset AAD password.
It will send the user an email with a long system-generated password.
Log in to the Windows App with the system-generated password. The user will receive a prompt to change it again to the desired password.
NOTE:
The user must have the Operator role in the Sage Provisioning Portal to reset their own password. As a workaround, an Administrator or Operator can sign in. From there, they can reset the user's password.
