Setup for Maryland residents who work in Delaware

How to set up proper withholding in Sage 50 Accounting for Maryland residents who work in Delaware.

For proper withholding for Maryland residents employed in Delaware:

1. Go to Maintain, Employees and select the employee.
2. Select the Withholding Info tab.
3. Set the State Filing Status to Special B.
4. In addition, for those employees with a Federal filing status of Single or Married Filing Separately, enter 1 in the Special 2 Allowances box.
5. Click Save.
