Resolution

Handle payroll web screens during an upgrade from 2023 or 2024 version

  1. Confirm you're using version 2023 or 2024.
  2. Reinstall the latest Payroll Tax Update.
  3. Launch the Sage 300 setup.
  4. Ensure you check the Payroll web screens box during installation.

CAUTION:

Skipping this option causes payroll web screens to disappear or generate errors.

 

Handle Sage 300 web screens (even without payroll) for any version before 2025

  1. Confirm you’re upgrading from any version before 2025.
  2. Go to Control Panel, Programs, Programs and Features.
  3. Select Sage 300, then click Change.
  4. Choose Modify, then click Next.
  5. Uncheck Web Screens.
  6. Complete setup using default options.
  7. Run the Sage 300 version 2026 installer.
  8. Select Web Screens during installation.
  9. Complete the installation using the default options.
