Summary

Sage Timeslips Go can delay sending user invites or fail to send them entirely. Administrators might also see an error message when inviting users in Sage Timeslips Go.

Description

  • Administrators send user invites from the Timeslips Go User Management website, but the system doesn’t deliver the initial invite emails
  • Administrators receive the error "Unable to invite [User email address].  This customer's state does not allow inviting at this time"

Resolution
