Error: "Error 1304. Error writing to file: CrystalDecisions.VSDesigner.Mobile.resources.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory" when installing Sage 100 ERP or SAP Crystal Report Runtime on Windows 11

Workaround:

1.  Download and manually install Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.34

2.  Disable the Smart APP, Windows feature

A reinstall of Microsoft Windows is the only method to turn this feature back on. Consult your Network Administrator for assistance before proceeding to the steps below.

1. Select the Windows Start button, Settings.
2. Alternatively, select the Start button, Enter Smart App in the search field and select Smart App Control. Skip to Step 6 below.
3. Select Privacy & Security from the right panel, then select Windows Security.
4. Select App and browser control.
5. Select Smart App Control settings under Smart App Control.
6. Select Off and confirm changes, then reboot the workstation.
