Missing fields in SafeX3 Console after upgrade to 2025R1 or 2025R2

I have done test upgrades to 2025R1 and 2025R2 and noticed that the new fields, "Connection Encryption" and "Trusted server certificate", are missing from the SafeX3 Management Console and the Console doesn't highlight the need for a re-configuration of the application because these fields are not present.

This due to the fact that the Console component has been installed before the relevant Runtime component which includes the ODBC 17 Client with these SQL  features.

The Runtime component should be installed before the Console.
