ERROR : Getting error "Gateway time-out" and the Syracuse Nodes consume large CPU and crashes

We are getting reports of User receiving error "Gateway time-out" and then we notice Syracuse Nodes consume large percentages of CPU (75%). This eventually leads to Syracuse crashing and requiring a re-start.

This behaviour has been reported and tracked down to occurring after Users try to export large Requester result-sets via Export to CSV and Export to Excel.

Sage has provided the following Syracuse Hotfix for 2025 R1:
