Change the default printer orientation

Sage HRMS prints documents in landscape when printer settings use the wrong orientation. Changing printer setup to portrait restores correct document layout in Sage HRMS.

Resolution

Change printer orientation

  1. Log in to Sage HRMS as Master.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the upper‑right corner.
  3. Select Printer Setup.
  4. Choose Portrait as the orientation.
  5. Click OK to save the settings.

After saving, Sage HRMS prints documents using the correct page orientation.
