Customized Payroll reports can prevent proper updates of some .rpt and .dll files and affect reports like the Earnings and Hours Report.

To determine if your Earnings and Hours payroll report is using a customized report file, perform the following steps:
Steps to Check Customization
1. Log in to Sage HRMS as Master or with a user account.
2. Launch the Earnings and Hours Report as usual.
3. At the top of the report, check the path displayed in [Preview]: \\Networkserver\SageHRMSServer\Payroll\CustomReports\UP80A\ENG\UPERNR1.RPT
4. If the path shows a network location instead of a local path such as
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage Accpac\UP80A or CP80A, follow the instructions below to update the custom report files.
Update Instructions
Exit all users from Sage HRMS.
1. Locate the file UPERNR1.RPT on the Sage HRMS client machine at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage Accpac\UP80A\ENG
Copy the updated Earnings and Hours Report file to: \\Networkserver\SageHRMSServer\Payroll\CustomReports\UP80A\ENG\UPERNR1.RPT (Rename the existing file to.old before copying the new file.)
2. Locate the file UPQEHRP.DLL on the Sage HRMS client machine at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage Accpac\UP80A\
Copy the updated UPQEHRP.DLL file to: \\Networkserver\SageHRMSServer\Payroll\CustomReports\UP80A\ (Rename the existing file to UPQEHRP.old before copying the new file.)
