"Bad record definition, a field's offset + size reaches beyond physical record definition(SMForm_PREmpChk)"

Resolution

  1. Download service pack 2 file from the Sage BusinessWorks: Download Portal. We have an updated file that replaced the original file on the download portal.
  2. Install this service pack on the server and all workstations.
