Print Nontaxable Overtime checkbox missing

"No Tax on Overtime" line to check printing needs to show like in Direct Deposit line.

 

Cause

  1.  This is a requirement of the OBBBA for 2025 - 2028.  The checkbox for the Direct Deposit Printing is on the release before PR 2.26.0.  This article was to add the Print Nontaxable Overtime checkbox for Check printing.  These only apply to checks dated 2026 - 2028.  The Program change released on January 30, 2026.

Resolution

 Download the program fix that resolves this issue:

  1. Download Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.0 Program Fix PR2260-02T.
  2. If you’re prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
  3. If you have trouble downloading from the link, try the following.
    1. Clear your cache and cookies.
    2. Use incognito mode in your browser.
    3. Try using an alternative web browser.  
  4. Install Sage 100 Payroll PR2260-02T.exe to the Sage 100 Server.

NOTE:

The "Print nontaxable overtime" field on the Form Printing screen ONLY displays if the Check date is for tax years 2026 - 2028.  The Pay Cycle window needs entries.
