Apply the hotfix to resolve the issue

Verify the requirement

  • Install Sage 300 2026 PU2 before applying the hotfix

Locate the program folder

  • Open File Explorer
  • Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage300\GL73A

Back up the existing file
