Connect your company to Satago

  1. Ensure you have the Satago connector (called CCRI Integrations) installed on your machine. You can find the download link for the connector in the Finance package welcome email. 
  2. Double-click the download file on your machine to install the connector. 
  3. Once downloaded, open both Sage 50 and Sage CCRI Integrations.

    TIP:

    Once open, pin CCRI Integrations to your Windows taskbar for easy access. 


  4. On the CCRI Integrations window, select Add Integration. The CCRI Manager window appears, displaying companies that haven’t been connected.
  5. Select the company you want to connect and select OK. If a dialog appears asking you to close the company before continuing, close the company and continue.
  6. Minimize the CCRI Integrations window and the dialog message.
  7. In Sage 50, close the company by going to File > Close company.
  8. Reopen the same company.
  9. When prompted to allow third-party access to your company, select Always allow access and select OK.
  10. Reopen the CCRI Integration window and select Retry on the dialog message. The Satago onboarding wizard appears.
  11. On the Welcome page, select Next.
  12. On the Your Information page, provide your information. Accept the terms and conditions and optionally opt in to marketing communications. Select Next.
  13. When prompted, log in with your Sage account. Or create one, if you haven’t already, to sync your login with Satago.
  14. On the Success page, select Finish to connect the company. 

Once it connects your company, you need to sync its data with Satago. 

Sync your company data with Satago

  1. Open CCRI Integrations. The window displays connected companies and the last time they synced with Satago. 
  2. Select the company you want to sync. 
  3. Select Refresh to refresh the integration status. Continue refreshing until the Status field says WAITING_DATA. 
  4. Select Sync data now.  
  5. When prompted, select a sync option. 
    • Full data sync—If this is the first time you’re syncing your company, select this option so it syncs all your company data with Satago
    • Default sync—This will sync changes made since the last requested sync
  6. Click Refresh to monitor and update the sync status. Sync time will vary depending on how much data is in your company. 
While you wait for your data to sync, you can open your company in Satago by selecting Launch Portal. Log in with your Sage account. You'll need to verify your email address before accessing the portal for the first time. Once you verify your email address with Satago, it will log you into the portal.
