| Resolution | Follow these steps to resolve the error - Check the spelling of all recipient email addresses.
- Look for periods, commas, or brackets added by mistake.
- Make sure you don't include "mailto:" in the address (for example, mailto:[email protected]).
- In Customer Maintenance or Vendor Maintenance, go to Paperless Delivery Options, then the E-mail.
- Remove all email accounts and click Accept.
- Manually re-enter the correct email addresses.
