when sending e-mails via Paperless Office Electronic Delivery

Cause
Resolution

Follow these steps to resolve the error

  1. Check the spelling of all recipient email addresses.
  2. Look for periods, commas, or brackets added by mistake.
  3. Make sure you don't include "mailto:" in the address (for example, mailto:[email protected]).
  4. In Customer Maintenance or Vendor Maintenance, go to Paperless Delivery Options, then the E-mail.
  5. Remove all email accounts and click Accept.
  6. Manually re-enter the correct email addresses.
