System Configuration window closes after clicking Update button
Description
Cause

Corrupt .NET and\or Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable DLL

Resolution

Rename MSVCR120.dll

  1. Open File Explorer (Winkey+E)
  2. Browse to C:\Windows\SysWow64\
  3. Right-click MSVCR120.dll and select Rename. Rename to MSVCR120.dll.SAGE
  4. Log into Sage 100
  5. Select File, Register from Toolbar to open System Configuration
  6. Select Registration tab
  7. Click Update button
  8. Verify Subscription Expiration Date has been updated correctly by selecting Module tab in System Configuration
  9. Rename file back to MSVCR120.dll are reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (x86)
