| Cause | Corrupt .NET and\or Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable DLL |
| Resolution | Rename MSVCR120.dll - Open File Explorer (Winkey+E).
- Browse to C:\Windows\SysWow64\.
- Right-click MSVCR120.dll and select Rename. Rename to MSVCR120.dll.SAGE.
- Log into Sage 100.
- Select File, Register from the Toolbar to open System Configuration.
- Select Registration tab.
- Click Update button.
- Verify you have correctly updated the Subscription Expiration Date by selecting the Module tab in System Configuration.
- Rename the file back to MSVCR120.dll and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (x86).
