Retrieval information

  • State quarterly forms in Aatrix pull totals from the PR Check Tax records.
  • Aatrix forms use the Check Date, not Period End Date.
  • Aatrix uses the Taxable wages for XXSUI_E tax for most states.
  • Aatrix uses the tax rate from the tax record in Setup, Taxes, Tax Rates for most states.

Where to verify the state form information

Verify company totals

  1. Go to Payroll, Reports, Pay Period Processing, Deposit Summary.
  2. Select the Current file and click OK.
  3. Enter the Check Date range for the reporting period.
  4. Click Print Preview or Start and compare the totals to your Aatrix forms.

Verify employee totals

  1. Go to Payroll, ReportsTax Preparation, Subject-to date range.
  2. Select the Current file and click OK.
  3. Enter the date range for the reporting period.
  4. Click Print Preview or Start and compare the totals to your Aatrix forms.

NOTE:

If the report runs slowly, you can add a condition for Tax ID EQ "YourTaxID". Replace "YourTaxID" with the actual Tax ID to report on.

Verify the tax rate

  1. Go to Payroll, Setup, Taxes, Tax Rates.
  2. Select the applicable tax.
  3. The rate will display as a percentage in the Percent column.
