Aatrix form totals are too high (Voided Checks for Terminated Employees)
Description
Cause
The forms are not including checks with a check status of Voided if the employee has been terminated.
The Aatrix forms are not including net negative wages for employees. If you have voided a check into this reporting period, and not replaced that check, your net for this employee and this reporting period is negative, those wages are not reducing your totals on the Aatrix 941 report.
The Aatrix report may error out, not allowing you to complete your report.
Resolution

Resolution of this issue was included in the 18.3.1 Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Release

As a workaround in prior versions, remove the termination date from the employee:

  • From the Setup menu, select Employees.
  • Select the Employee.
  • On the Misc Info tab, remove the Termination date.
