Description
Cause

The Sage account email address or password used to sign in is incorrect.

Resolution
  • Verify that the email address is correct.
  • Verify that your password is typed correctly.
  • If the error still occurs, reset your Sage account password by clicking the Forgot your password? link. See Article ID 33616: DocLink: How to reset direct deposit password.
