How to reset direct deposit password

Resolution
  1. Go to Services and select WebSync Wizard.
  2. Click the Forgot your password? link on the Websync wizard sign in page.
  3. Enter the Email Address associated with your Sage acccount and complete the Captchaâ„¢ security check.
  4. You should receive a Reset your Sage password email within a few minutes. Click the password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
    • If you don't receive the email in a timely manner, your mail server may be blocking automated emails (this is typically not an issue with web-based email such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) . Please contact your mail server administrator or email provider to have them allow emails that are sent from the @sage.com domain.
  5. Try the WebSync wizard again and enter the new password.

Note: Password requirements for Sage account: Minimum 8 characters, minimum one upper case letter, minimum one lower case and minimum one number.
