Launch the database update directly at the server

1. Go to the server and select Start, Sage BusinessWorks, Database Update.
2. Once the list of companies displays, click Start.

Security software is blocking the update

• You have installed security software such as Trusteer Rapport or Webroot.
  
  1. Uninstall the security software.
  2. Select Start, Sage BusinessWorks, Database Update to launch the database update.
  3. After you update the companies, reinstall the security software.
