Programs not supported but known to work:

• The 32-bit versions of Microsoft Outlook 2007 and 2010
• The desktop install of 32-bit Microsoft 365 includes an Outlook based on the retail version of 2016 that is known to work.
• Mozilla Thunderbird 32-bit

Web-based e-mail

• Web-based email services such as Microsoft Outlook 365, Gmail, and Yahoo are compatible with Sage 50 Accounting Release 2017.1 and higher
• The webmail account may need additional configuration to allow less secure applications access to your account. Consult your webmail documentation

Note: If using Sage via terminal services or other remote desktop solutions, any installed e-mail client must be installed on the host computer and set in Windows as the default e-mail program.
