The new form 1099-NEC Nonemployee Compensation was included in Sage 100 versions 2020.1, 2019.4 and 2018.10 ONLY.

The current versions available for Production Management and IRP can only be installed on Sage 100 version 2020.0 and Sage 100 version 2019.2.

There will not be a fix for version 2019.2. A possible workaround would be to install a second standalone version of Sage 100 upgraded to the needed Update version just to process the 1099 NEC requirement. Any data processed will not flow into the “live” version of Sage 100, but this may get you through filing 1099s. Also, you will need to run the utility to move data already updated in year 2020 from the 1099-MISC Form Box 7 Nonemployee Compensation box to the 1099-NEC form Box 1 for year 2020. (Refer to KB article 103480)

NOTE: JT6000-T will show on the Installed Modules Listing on the line ABOVE Production Management rather than on the line below Production Management as it normally would. It is still properly installed.
