Means Integrator

Means Integrator enables you to transfer items from Means Integrator Cost Data files (named *.MIMX) to a Sage Estimating Standard database or update existing databases that contain Means items, giving you the full spectrum of Means item information without having to enter the data yourself. You can choose some or all of the Means items to transfer to Sage Estimating. You can also choose how to price the items that you transfer.

In addition, if you subscribe to the Means annual price update service, Means Integrator enables you to update the prices of Means items that you previously transferred to Sage Estimating. You can also update the Means items in your Sage Estimating Standard database and update non-Means items using each item's price code as a search key.

Means Integrator and MasterFormat 2018
RSMeans updated its pricing databases to support the latest industry-standard Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) MasterFormat, expanding the well-known 16 divisions to nearly 50. This format is compatible with the previous 2004, 2010, 2012, and 2014 MasterFormat specifications.
