Version 2024 and newer

• 2025 tax updates are in Sage BusinessWorks 2024 SP4 and Version 2025
• For instructions to correct a tax update installed before printing W-2s, see the early tax update correction guide
• Tax form updates, including current year W-2, 1099, and 940 forms, release on December 20 of the current year

Version 2023 and earlier

• If you are on an unsupported version of the software, manually update the tax tables
• For Federal taxes, use the annual tables provided by the IRS
• For State taxes, use annual tables provided by the state tax agency
• For any questions about the tax tables, contact your tax advisor
