Version 2024 and newer

• 2025 tax updates are in Sage BusinessWorks 2024 SP9 and Version 2025 SP2.
• For instructions to correct a tax update installed before printing W-2s, see the early tax update correction guide.
• Updated W-2, 1099, and 940 tax forms are available from December 20 of the current year.

Version 2023 and earlier

• If you are on an unsupported version of the software, manually update the tax tables.
• For Federal taxes, use the annual tables provided by the IRS.
• For State taxes, use annual tables provided by the state tax agency.
• For any questions about the tax tables, contact your tax advisor.
