Issue occurs in Sage 100 2019 and 2020

Possible Workaround

  1. Restore ...\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_Menu.m4t from backup
  2. Log into Sage 100
  3. Select File, Run from Sage 100 toolbar
  4. Type: SY_MENU_UI
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Accept then Close

Steps to duplicate
Issue occurs in 2019, 2020, and 2021 (tested in Build330) 1. Log into Sage 2. Add Custom Report to menu (see KB How to add custom Crystal reports to an individual application module's Custom Reports menu (33137)) 3. Select File, Run from Sage 100 toolbar 4. Type: SY_Menu_UI 5. Click OK 6. Verify the Custom Report(s) appear on list 7. Click 'Reset' 8. Notice Custom Report(s) have been removed 9. Click Accept then Close 10. Notice the Custom Reports were removed from the Menu
