| | Sage Paperless Construction: Company name change or error "Registration Failed" in Cloud Sync Error Log |
| Cause | When the change for Sage Paperless Construction Client Name and Client Code is made on the back end the Cloud Sync, Error Log will show Registration Failed until the information is updated in SPC Desktop, Deployment tab with the Registration button. |
| Resolution | Once the new Client Name and Client Code for Sage Paperless Construction are received perform the following:
- All users out of Sage Paperless Construction.
- Log in to the server as administrator.
- Return to the SPC Server Dashboard.
- Click the Deployment tab.
- Click the Register button. Enter the new Client Name and Client Code and register these.
- Click the Services On / Off button in the bottom left of the window, the light bulb will "turn off."
- Click the Services On / Off button in the bottom left of the window, the light bulb will "turn on."
