| | Sage Paperless Construction: eCapture or ePortal aren't displaying current information |
| Cause | The Cloud Sync Manager hasn't updated the new information. |
| Resolution | This solution assumes Sage Paperless Construction is set up correctly, showing the right security groups, document types, and users. But new info isn't showing up in eCapture or ePortal. Sync Data in Cloud Sync Manager - Log into Sage Paperless Construction as an administrator.
- Go to Administration, Cloud Sync Manager.
- Confirm that Group and Vault are set to All on the Data Lists tab.
- Click Select All.
- Click Sync Data.
- Click Refresh, after a few minutes.
- Confirm that the Synched On date updates.
- Click OK.
- Log out of the eCapture app or ePortal and log back in.
NOTE: Clear the cache on the app on your mobile device. - Verify whether the information is up to date.
Reload the Chrome Browser, if using it - Right-click anywhere in the Google Chrome browser window. Select Inspect.
- Right-click the Refresh button and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
- Close the Inspect window.
If you still can't see the most recent changes - Have all users exit Sage Paperless Construction
- Stop, then restart the Sage Paperless Construction services in the Sage Paperless Construction Server Dashboard
NOTE: Confirm the services are starting with the Admin account and not the LocalSystem account. - Verify the "Current version" matches the "Available version". See Sage Paperless Construction: How do I get the latest version?
