Information on the ePortal can take 2-5 minutes to update changes.

The web service on your server pulls the information to your SPC server at set intervals. After processing the invoice for backfills, account retrieval, and routing, the cloud server takes time to update before the info appears in the browser.

Since the full accounting data is large, the cloud server only receives entries for required fields. You can also check the ePortal for eForms to see if it works there and to determine if the problem is with the device.

Resolution
  1. Software version — Confirm you're using the latest version.
  2. Web Service Restart the Web Service.
     NOTE: Only Web Service needs a restart which doesn't require users to exit Sage Paperless Construction. If the Web Service needs stop and restart regularly, the most common reason is the required antivirus exclusions. 
  3. Update data listConfirm data list synch.
  4. ErrorsCheck the logs for errors.
  5. User access — Verify the correct access level for the web user accounts.
  6. Refresh Intervals — Verify the refresh interval for the cloud sync.
  7. Cloud sync "Quiet" TimeSet up the "Quiet" time configuration for your cloud sync.
