Information on the ePortal can take 2-5 minutes to update changes. The web service on your server pulls the information to your SPC server at set intervals. After processing the invoice for backfills, account retrieval, and routing, the cloud server takes time to update before the info appears in the browser. Since the full accounting data is large, the cloud server only receives entries for required fields. You can also check the ePortal for eForms to see if it works there and to determine if the problem is with the device. |
