Review the Sage Paperless Server Dashboard folder locations

1. Open the Sage Paperless Construction Dashboard.
2. Click the Deployment tab.
3. Note the local and UNC paths for the Sage Paperless Construction folders.

Add the following folders to your antivirus exclusions list

Workstations

1. Sage Paperless Construction folder as displayed on your server dashboard. Default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Paperless Construction.
2. Sage Paperless Construction folder when you have a network installation with a mapped drive to a server. Example: \\HCI-APP1\Sage Paperless Construction.

Server

1. Sage Paperless Construction folder as displayed on your server dashboard. Default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Paperless Construction.
2. Sage Paperless Construction folder when you have a network installation with a mapped drive to a server. Example: \\HCI-APP1\Sage Paperless Construction. 
3. C:\Sage Paperless Construction folder.

Also apply the required antivirus exclusions to your Sage 300 CRE and Sage 100 Contractor accounting software.

 NOTE: Users have reported Bitdefender incorrectly quarantining EmailRemotingMiddleware.exe as a potential threat during updates. Add an exclusion or allowlist for this executable.
