- Outbound Rules: TCP 9990, UDP 9990
For Microsoft SQL Server: - Inbound Rules: TCP 1433, UDP 1433, TCP 1434, UDP 1434, TCP (instance dynamic), UDP (instance dynamic)
- Outbound Rules: TCP 1433, UDP 1433, TCP 1434, UDP 1434, TCP (instance dynamic), UDP (instance dynamic)
To find the Paperless instance dynamic port mentioned above: - On the server, open the SQL Server Configuration Manager.
- In the left pane, click SQL Server Network Configuration.
- In the right pane, double-click Protocols for SAGEPAPERLESS (or whatever name you have assigned your instance).
- Double-click TCP/IP (or right-click and select Properties).
- Select the IP Addresses tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list.
- Under IPALL you will see the TCP Dynamic Port.
- The SQL TCP Dynamic Port is a dynamic port. If you need to make this static, consult your SQL admin for assistance.
- Additionally, confirm that the SQL Server Browser is running on the SQL server.
For Sage Paperless Construction Web Service and Deployment: - Your application server should be able to see the outside web through port 80
- Your application server should be able to see the outside web through HTTPS port 443
- White-list http://pecloud01.cloudapp.net/PELiveUpdateWCF/PELiveUpdateService.svc
- E-mail invites are sent to the users from [email protected]. Ensure this email address is allowed through the e-mail filters
