If you’re using Microsoft Edge

  1. Go to Settings, search for Pop-ups and redirects.
  2. Add *.sagenorthamerica.com to the list of allowed sites.
  3. Click Close.

If you’re using, Google Chrome

  1. You will see an icon at the right-most end of your address bar for a blocked pop-up.
  2. Click icon and choose always allow pop-ups from https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/.
  3. If the issue persists.
    • Go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Site permissions, under Content select Pop-Up and redirects
    • Add *.sagenorthamerica.com to the list of allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects
    • Click the X on the tab when done

If you are using Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Settings icon (3-line button located on the upper-right corner of the browser).
  2. Click on Options.
  3. Go to the Content tab.
  4. Click the Exceptions button to the right of the Block pop-up windows line.
  5. Add customers.sagenorthamerica.com for Customer Portal.
  6. Click Close then OK.
