Resolution | If you’re using Microsoft Edge - Go to Settings, search for Pop-ups and redirects.
- Add *.sagenorthamerica.com to the list of allowed sites.
- Click Close.
If you’re using, Google Chrome - You will see an icon at the right-most end of your address bar for a blocked pop-up.
- Click icon and choose always allow pop-ups from https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/.
- If the issue persists.
- Go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Site permissions, under Content select Pop-Up and redirects
- Add *.sagenorthamerica.com to the list of allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects
- Click the X on the tab when done
If you are using Mozilla Firefox - Click the Settings icon (3-line button located on the upper-right corner of the browser).
- Click on Options.
- Go to the Content tab.
- Click the Exceptions button to the right of the Block pop-up windows line.
- Add customers.sagenorthamerica.com for Customer Portal.
- Click Close then OK.
