Resolving this issue is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below: If you are using Microsoft Edge: - Go to Settings, search for Pop-ups and redirects
- Add *.sagenorthamerica.com to the list of allowed sites
- Click Close
If you are using, Google Chrome
- If a pop-up is blocked, you should see an icon to the right-most end of your address bar
- Click on icon and choose to always allow pop-ups from https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/
- If issue persists:
- Go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Site permissions, under Content select Pop-Up and redirects
