Resolution

Resolving this issue is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below:

If you are using Microsoft Edge:

  1. Go to Settings, search for Pop-ups and redirects
  2. Add *.sagenorthamerica.com to the list of allowed sites
  3. Click Close


If you are using, Google Chrome

  1. If a pop-up is blocked, you should see an icon to the right-most end of your address bar
  2. Click on icon and choose to always allow pop-ups from https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/
  3. If issue persists:
    • Go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Site permissions, under Content select Pop-Up and redirects
    • Add *.sagenorthamerica.com to the list of allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects
    • Click the X on the tab when done.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Settings icon (3-line button located on the upper-right corner of the browser)
  2. Click on Options
  3. Go to the Content tab
  4. Click the Exceptions button to the right of the Block pop-up windows line
  5. Add customers.sagenorthamerica.com for Customer Portal
  6. Click Close then OK
