How can I add or delete contacts on my Sage account?

You can log in to the Customer Portal with a Primary Contact's credentials to manage your contacts.

How do I update my credit card information?

Only the primary contact on the account can update the credit card information. Log in as a Primary Contact to manage your payment details.

Where can I get my serial numbers and product activation codes?

Log in to the Customer Portal to get access to your product serial numbers and activation codes.

How do I create a new support ticket or view existing ones?

Log in to the Customer Portal and select Support tickets to create and view your support tickets.

How can I update my profile? 

Log in to the Customer Portal to update your profile and other details. The primary contact on the account can add new contacts and manage existing ones.   

Why doesn't my credit card appear in the list on the Customer Portal?

A pop-up blocker can block the new credit card validation. Temporarily disable the pop-up blocker, then enable it again after updating the credit card details.

The Customer Portal account needs a password reset or unlock.

Go to the Customer Portal login page and reset your password.
