Getting your serial number and activation codes

1. Log in to the Customer Portal. If you're new to Sage, sign up for Customer Portal.
2. Select Product information, then My active Services and Plans.
3. From the Select Product dropdown, select your product.
4. Under Activation Codes, select Active.
5. Use the Serial number and Activation code for the Application (version) that you're installing.

If you're a Sage Business Partner, retrieve your serial number and activation code through the Partner Portal.
