| Cause | The server crashed and a system image of the server was restored. |
| Resolution | - Connect to Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor.
- Restore the most recent backup of the company.
- When restoring from the zipped backup, add the word "New" to the company name in the Restore as field.
- Do this to avoid the error "Could not find part of the path [Drive letter]\Sage100Con\Temp".
- For example, if the company name is Acme Inc, restore the zipped backup as Acme Inc_New.
