Important: Versions required of Sage 300 CRE and Sage Estimating:

• Sage 300 CRE 20.4 Update 2 or greater
• Sage Estimating 21.1.2110.051 or greater

To export a address book:

1. In Address Book click [Tools] tab
2. Click "Export Contacts to XML File
3. On the Export Contacts to XML File window

1. Enter the export file name
2. Click on to choose where to copy the xml file

To import an exported address book:

1. In the Estimating Management Console, click [Address Book ] on the ribbon.
2. In the Companies/Contacts pane, on the toolbar, click the Import Address Book icon.
3. In the Import Address Book window that appears, in the text box, use the Browse button to select the exported address book (an XML file) that you want to import.

4. Click [OK].
