NOTE: When you log in with your recovery code, you'll get a new one. Be sure to save the new recovery code in a safe and easily accessible place. Locate your recovery code - You received your recovery code when you first set up your 2-factor authentication (2FA)
- If you don't receive your verification email or text, there are a few things you can check
- The code is 24 digits, containing a mix of letters and numbers, for example
VNDS - 79KB - 7JAJ - QNKA - F4F7 - YUPX
NOTE: If you've lost your recovery code or don't have access to the device, contact Sage support
Log in using recovery code - When asked to enter the code on the 2-factor authentication log-in screen, click Verify a different way instead.
 - Select Recovery code.
 - Enter your recovery code.
 Log in with a voice call - When asked to enter the code on the 2-factor authentication log-in screen, click get a call.
 - You will receive a phone call to the number we have on record.
- Press a number to receive your code.
- Enter the 6-digit code you received in the space provided.
 No longer have access to the device - If you've lost your recovery code or don't have access to the device, contact Sage support
