For emails:

For text messages:

  1. Allow up to 10 minutes for the code to arrive.
  2. Check your phone signal to make sure you can receive text messages.
  3. Click resend code to send another.
  4. Instead of sending a text, use your recovery code to log in.
  5. If the problem persists, contact Sage support.
