The email is in your spam or junk folder

  1. Your email settings automatically move no reply emails to your spam or junk folder.
  2. Check all your junk or spam mailboxes.
     TIP: The email comes from the following address - [email protected].

The email address is incorrect

  • The wrong email address was used
  • Start the process again and make sure your email address is correct 
  • If you still don't receive an email, contact the Sage Support team for further advice

Add to safe senders list

Add [email protected] to your safe sender's list to prevent our emails from going to your Spam folder. 

You have a new email address 

New email address? Log in to your Sage Account and select Account Management to change your email address.
